A native to the New York City tri-state area, Christina Beem parlayed a successful 25-year career in creative marketing for top fashion and luxury brands to pursue her true passion: all things related to the home. Christina is known for marrying function and elevated design, all while maintaining an accessible price point.
With extensive experience in New York, the Hamptons and Atlanta, she has successfully overseen and managed numerous multi-family and single-family renovations. Additionally, she has worked on a variety of projects for clients in the Hamptons, including basement/bathroom renovations, and staging/organizing home interiors. Her expertise spans both large-scale renovations and smaller, detail-oriented projects, ensuring every space is transformed to meet her clients' vision. Christina is the founder and owner of Scope Development, a property and construction management firm specializing in design/build services based in East Hampton, New York.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University, Christina began her career in the competitive world of fashion. She took on executive leadership roles in marketing for major brands such as Macy’s Private Brands, BCBGMAXAZRIA, Juicy Couture, Hervé Léger, and Diane von Fürstenberg. These roles placed her at the forefront of understanding consumer and lifestyle trends, insights that continue to influence her design approach today.
Christina is celebrated for her ability to seamlessly integrate a modern, elevated aesthetic with practical design elements. Every space she curates exudes style and timeless appeal, while thoughtfully incorporating discreet features that provide smart solutions for everyday living. Her process is anchored in ensuring each client's vision is expertly brought to life.

This post-modern home is situated on one-acre in the Hamptons’ most exclusive enclaves, perched atop of a hill overlooking the Long Island sound. The objective of this project was to create a seamless indoor/ outdoor design solution, bringing in the panoramic ocean views into the open and airy home.

This one-floor bungalow is situated in the Northwest Woods of the Hamptons, walking distance to town and the unique artist colonies in the Springs. It is the perfect weekend escape, surrounded by 100 year-old trees in one of the quietest part of the Hamptons. It is small enough to require minimal maintenance, but with enough rooms to hosts guests for those special holidays.
